3. Candle Safety & Usage

Fire is inherently dangerous. By purchasing Vesta Ember products, you agree to follow these safety guidelines at all times:

• Never leave a burning candle unattended.
• Keep candles out of reach of children and pets.
• Trim the wick to ¼ inch before every use to maintain a safe, controlled flame.
• Discontinue use when ½ inch of wax remains at the bottom of the vessel.
• Always burn on a stable, heat-resistant surface away from flammable materials.

4. Orders & Billing

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases where products are listed at an incorrect price or where we suspect fraudulent activity. If your order is modified or cancelled, we will notify you using the contact information provided at checkout.

We may limit quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.

6. Shipping & Risk of Loss

All physical orders are shipped under a shipment contract. Risk of loss and title transfer to you upon delivery of your order to the carrier. Vesta Ember is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather events, or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer at the time of purchase.
