Return Eligibility

We accept returns on unopened, unlit items within 14 days of the confirmed delivery date. Items must be unused, unlit, and in their original packaging.

  • Items received with a manufacturing defect
  • Incorrect items shipped to you

  • Lit or used candles
  • Items with jewelry already extracted
  • Sale or promotional items
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

If you received an incorrect item or your order arrived with a manufacturing defect, you are eligible for a full refund or a one-time complimentary reshipment of the same product. Our team will cross-reference the pre-shipment photos in our database to verify the claim.


The Mystery Jewelry Surprise

Every Vesta Ember candle contains a hidden piece of jewelry. Because of the nature of this surprise experience, special conditions apply:

  • Random Styles: Jewelry styles, designs, and materials are completely random and part of the surprise experience. We cannot accommodate requests for specific styles, sizes, or metal types.
  • Final Sale Upon Reveal: Once the candle has been lit or the jewelry has been extracted, the product is no longer eligible for return or exchange.

How to Initiate a Return

Contact us within 14 days Email us at hello@vesta-ember.com with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and its original packaging.

Await approval Our team will review your request and cross-reference our pre-shipment documentation. You'll receive a response within 2–3 business days.

Ship the item back Once approved, we'll provide a return shipping address. Please package the item securely in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or fulfillment error on our part.

Receive your refund or exchange Upon receipt and inspection, refunds are issued within 5–7 business days to your original payment method, or your exchange will be dispatched within 3–5 business days.
