You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Please allow additional processing time during major sales events or holiday seasons, when processing may be extended by 1–3 business days.
Quality Assurance & Transparency
Every order is photographed and documented by our fulfillment team before it is sealed and dispatched. This allows us to verify the condition and contents of your package at the moment it leaves our facility — and supports any damage or discrepancy claims on your behalf.
Damages & Claims
We take great care in packaging your candles to withstand their journey. However, we understand that transit issues can occur.
Carrier-Related Damage
If your order arrives damaged due to rough handling during transit (e.g., broken glass, crushed box), Vesta Ember does not provide direct compensation for carrier-related damage. Instead, we will actively assist you in filing a formal claim with the shipping carrier.
Please contact us at hello@vesta-ember.com within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damaged item and exterior packaging to begin the claim process.
Manufacturing Defects or Incorrect Orders
If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect or an incorrect order (unrelated to shipping damage), you may choose between a full refund or a one-time complimentary reshipment. Our team will cross-reference the pre-shipment photos in our database to verify the claim.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Address changes can only be made before the order enters processing. Contact us immediately at hello@vesta-ember.com. Once dispatched, we are unable to redirect shipments.
My tracking hasn't updated in several days. What should I do?
Occasional tracking delays are normal, particularly with USPS. Allow 1–2 additional business days. If there is still no movement, contact us and we'll liaise with the carrier directly.
What if my package says "delivered" but I haven't received it?
First check around your property and with neighbors. If the package is genuinely missing, contact your local carrier and email us within 5 days of the marked delivery date. We will assist in opening a missing package investigation.
